2. Leading our client service and internal operations:
- Strategic Planning:  Collaborate with the Managing Partner and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our goals and advance our mission.
- AI:  Define and execute a strategy to make AI a natural augmentation of our firm.
- Operational Management:  Transform and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with our human-centered approach.
- Financial Oversight:  Support our Finance Director in monitoring financial performance and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Compliance:  Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Technology and Innovation:  Oversee the company’s IT and technology strategy, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and support business needs and drive innovation.

3. Serve and develop clients for great client delight:
- Build and sustain meaningful client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner.

Who You Are:

  • Purpose-Driven Leader: You’re passionate about creating a more human world of work and leading people with empathy and inspiration.
  • Experienced Professional:  You bring a strong background in professional services, ideally from a tier 1 consulting firm, with a deep understanding of partner-led operating models.
  • Passionate Leader: A passion for leading people through influence and inspiration.
  • Strategic Thinker:  You excel in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making with a keen eye for detail and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Financially Savvy: You understand strategic financial management and budgeting and can guide financial decisions that support our mission.
  • Process Innovator: You have strong experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and are always looking for ways to enhance efficiency.

We Offer:

  • Being an important and influential part of a highly purpose driven, rapidly growing, global organization passionate about creating a more human world.
  • Career progression tailored to your aspirations.
  • Development pathways and Partner mentorship to support your professional and personal growth.
